Backflow Assembly Tester Sign-Up

Please complete the form below to submit your most current contact and tester certification information to South Cheyenne Water & Sewer.

Once this new program is launched you will receive an email confirmation with details on how to complete the registration process and create a password to access SwiftComply Backflow, the city’s digital backflow test report submission software. This is so you can stay in compliance with South Cheyenne’s Cross Connection & Backflow Prevention Requirements.

Each tester and testing company admin is required to have a unique email address in order to participate.  If you or a tester within your organization does not have an active email address you will need to create one.

Testing Company Information

We use this information to create your Service Provider profile in SwiftComply.
*If you are self-employed, write "Self."

Tester Credentials

A current, valid backflow assembly testing certification and test kit calibration is required in order to submit test reports through SwiftComply.
